TRIBE THA BRAND RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At TRIBE THA BRAND, each piece is made to order specifically for you. Because production begins based on the size, color, and style selected at checkout, all made-to-order sales are final.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, color selections, change of mind, or other customer ordering errors. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered due to an error by TRIBE THA BRAND, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because orders move into production after they are placed, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. If production has already begun, the order cannot be canceled.

SHIPPING ISSUES

TRIBE THA BRAND is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, is marked delivered but cannot be located, or experiences another delivery issue, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.
