TRIBE THA BRAND SHIPPING POLICY

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

TRIBE pieces are made to order. Please allow up to 10 business days for production before your order ships.

Production time and shipping time are separate. Your estimated delivery date at checkout accounts for both processing and transit time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders are shipped using TRIBE Ground Shipping for a flat rate of $8.

FREE SHIPPING is available on U.S. orders of $100 or more.

After production is complete, ground shipping generally takes approximately 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been packaged and shipped.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your package is delayed, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps. Carrier delays are outside of TRIBE THA BRAND’s control.
